Fees & Dues

- Landscaping/Yardcare including; Sprinkler Repair, Snow Removal, Tree maintenance.
- Common Area utilities including; Gas, Electric, Water, Storm Drain, Garbage, Sewer.
- Common Area Maintenance including; lightbulbs throughout property and clubhouse maintenance.
- Blanket insurance above the deductible detailed below.

Insurance
The HOA's master policy is carried by Sentry West (Owners must have there own home owners insurance for their homes) Click HERE for more information, 801-225-5000.
Owners are responsible for an HO-6 condo policy or equivalent unit-interior coverage. Confirm details directly with the carrier.
Fees for New Owners
- TPM Setup Fee$75
These fees are typically collected at closing. Title companies can request a payoff statement directly from our office.
Meeting Schedule
Monthly meetings are the third Tuesday of each month at 6PM
