Fees & Dues
$295/moWhat Dues Cover
- General common area maintenance, including lights, parking striping, asphalt repair and seal, as well as common area cleaning.
- Landscaping including; Sprinkler repair, lawn mowing, weed treatment, tree maintenance.
- Common area Utilities, Electricity, Irrigation water, storm drains, and sewage.
- A small percentage of the dues is applied to a reserve account for Capital Repairs.
- A couple dollars per month goes to Management fees for TPM to continue assisting the HOA.
Owner Responsibilities
What the Owner Maintains
- Everything inside of your home, as well as Windows, and Exterior Doors.
Insurance
The HOA's master policy is carried by Sentry West (Owners must have there own home owners insurance for their homes) Click HERE for more information, 801-225-5000.
Owners are responsible for an HO-6 condo policy or equivalent unit-interior coverage. Confirm details directly with the carrier.
Fees for New Owners
- HOA Transfer Fee$885
These fees are typically collected at closing. Title companies can request a payoff statement directly from our office.
