What the Owner Maintains

Everything inside of your home. Including, but not limited to; doors, windows, and all internal utilities like plumbing and electricity.

The HOA's master policy is carried by Sentry West (Owners must have their own homeowner's insurance for their homes), 801-225-5000.

Owners are responsible for an HO-6 condo policy or equivalent unit-interior coverage. Confirm details directly with the carrier.

These fees are typically collected at closing. Title companies can request a payoff statement directly from our office.

Monthly – Check with board for times. Annual meeting is held in October.
