Fees & Dues
$135/mo$135 per month effective 05/01/2026
What Dues Cover
- Landscaping/yard care including sprinkler repair, pest control, and tree maintenance
- Common area snow removal
- Common area maintenance including fence repairs
- Common area utilities including electricity and water
- Capital repairs
Owner Responsibilities
What the Owner Maintains
- All of the interior including plumbing past the cities meter, and electrical past the cities meter.
- Limited Common Areas including; Porches, Balconies, and Fenced Patios, Windows, Doors and AC Units are all the responsibility of the Homeowner.
Insurance
The HOA's master policy is carried by Sentry West (Owners must have there own home owners insurance for their homes) Click HERE for more information, 801-225-5000.
Owners are responsible for an HO-6 condo policy or equivalent unit-interior coverage. Confirm details directly with the carrier.
Fees for New Owners
- HOA Transfer Fee$200
- TPM Setup Fee$75
These fees are typically collected at closing. Title companies can request a payoff statement directly from our office.
