Fees & Dues
$150/moWhat Dues Cover
- Your Dues cover; Landscaping and Yard Care, Common area maintenanceincluding Pet relief area maintenance. Common area water like sprinklers, storm drains, and management fees.
Owner Responsibilities
What the Owner Maintains
- All of the interior. Limited Common Areas including; Porches, Balconies, and Fenced Patios. Windows, Screens and AC Units are also the responsibility of the Homeowner.
Insurance
The HOA's master policy is carried by Sentry West (Owners must have there own home owners insurance for their homes) Click HERE for more information, 801-225-5000.
Owners are responsible for an HO-6 condo policy or equivalent unit-interior coverage. Confirm details directly with the carrier.
Fees for New Owners
- HOA Transfer Fee$300
- TPM Setup Fee$75
These fees are typically collected at closing. Title companies can request a payoff statement directly from our office.
Meeting Schedule
