Fees & Dues
$200 to $228/mo$200 monthly, or $228 monthly in the building with an elevator. This HOA does not have a transfer fee as of 01/19/2023.
What Dues Cover
- Landscaping including; common area lawn care, sprinkler repair, and tree branch trimming and removal.
- Snow Removal
- Pest Control
- Common area cleaning
- Common area maintenance
- Elevator maintenance and inspections
- Common area utilities including: electricity, water, storm drain, sewer, and garbage.

Owner Responsibilities
What the Owner Maintains
- Anything inside of your unit including, but not limited to Doors, Windows, interior walls and personal amenities.
Insurance
The HOA's master policy is carried by Sentry West (Owners must have there own home owners insurance for their homes) *Click HERE for more information, 801-225-5000.
Owners are responsible for an HO-6 condo policy or equivalent unit-interior coverage. Confirm details directly with the carrier.
