Fees & Dues
$57.75 to $65/mo$57.75 per month ($65 per month starting 05/01)
What Dues Cover
- Common area landscaping/Yardcare including sprinkler repair
- Pest Control
- Common Area Maintenance (Inlcuding but not limited to: Street signs, trees, shrubs, grass, walks, playgrounds, park, and court.
- Common area water utilities
- Blanket building insurance more details below
Owner Responsibilities
What the Owner Maintains
- Each Owner shall be solely responsible for all interior maintenance and exterior building maintenance including, but not limited to the following: paint, repair, replace and care for roofs, gutters downspouts, exterior building surfaces, lights, glass, doors, and for any maintenance on the Lot or Unit.
Insurance
The HOA's master policy is carried by Sentry West (Owners must have there own home owners insurance for their homes) Click HERE for more information, 801-225-5000.
Owners are responsible for an HO-6 condo policy or equivalent unit-interior coverage. Confirm details directly with the carrier.
Fees for New Owners
- HOA Transfer Fee$200
- TPM Setup Fee$75
These fees are typically collected at closing. Title companies can request a payoff statement directly from our office.
