Submit a Support Ticket

Tickets get routed faster than email and create a paper trail the board can reference. Use this for routine requests; call the office for true emergencies.

How to Submit a Ticket

  1. 1Sign in to your owner portal account.
  2. 2Open the Service Issues menu and click New Issue.
  3. 3Pick the category that fits best (billing, maintenance, account access, etc.).
  4. 4Describe what is happening, including unit number and any photos.
  5. 5Submit. You will receive an email when the ticket is assigned and again when it is resolved.

When to Call Instead

  • Active water leak, gas smell, or any safety risk
  • Unit lockout for a vendor (HVAC, plumbing) we coordinated
  • Anything where you need a person on the phone within an hour
