Woodside is a homeowners association located in Provo, Utah, managed by Total Property Management. Below you will find governing documents, current budget, recent meeting minutes, and the owner payment portal.

Fees & Dues

$250 to $257/mo

$250 or $257 depending on your unit

What Dues Cover

  • Landscaping/Yardcare including sprinkler repair and tree maintenance
  • Common area snow removal
  • Common area maintenance and cleaning including pool operations
  • Common area utilities including, electricity, gas, water, storm drain, and sewer

Owner Responsibilities

What the Owner Maintains

  • Everything inside of your home including, but not limited to; doors, windows, interior electrical, and all plumbing past the cities meter into the home.

Insurance

The HOA's master policy is carried by Sentry West (Owners must have there own home owners insurance for their homes) Click HERE for more information, 801-225-5000.

Owners are responsible for an HO-6 condo policy or equivalent unit-interior coverage. Confirm details directly with the carrier.

Fees for New Owners

  • TPM Setup Fee$75

These fees are typically collected at closing. Title companies can request a payoff statement directly from our office.

Woodside Clubhouse

Quiet indoor space ideal for book clubs, family gatherings, or private events. Tables, chairs, and a small kitchenette are provided.

Hours

9am to 9pm, daily

House Rules

  • Reservations are available to current residents only.
  • Signed reservation agreement and refundable deposit required.
  • Quiet hours start at 9pm.
  • Renter is responsible for cleanup and trash removal.

Pricing

  • Refundable deposit: $150
  • Cleaning fee: $50
  • No hourly rate for residents in good standing
