Owner Responsibilities
What the Owner Maintains
- Everything inside of your unit including, doors, windows, and the limited common areas between the unit and garage regardless of it being covered.
- The Board has also elected to have home owners responsible for roof gutters.

Owners are responsible for an HO-6 condo policy or equivalent unit-interior coverage. Confirm details directly with the carrier.
Fees for New Owners
- TPM Setup Fee$75
