Owner Responsibilities
What the Owner Maintains
- Everything inside of your home as well as limited common spaces the HOA has assigned to your address including but not limited to; Plumbing past the meter, electrical, doors, windows and all interior amenities.
Insurance
The HOA's master policy is carried by State Farm, 801-373-5740.
Owners are responsible for an HO-6 condo policy or equivalent unit-interior coverage. Confirm details directly with the carrier.
Fees for New Owners
- TPM Setup Fee$75
These fees are typically collected at closing. Title companies can request a payoff statement directly from our office.
