Owner Responsibilities
What the Owner Maintains
- Everything inside of your home as well as limited common spaces the HOA has assigned to you including; Plumbing past the meter, electrical, back yards if enclosed, doors, windows and all interior amenities.
Insurance
The HOA's master policy is carried by Multiserve Email: Service@Multiserve.net, 801-221-9292.
Owners are responsible for an HO-6 condo policy or equivalent unit-interior coverage. Confirm details directly with the carrier.
Fees for New Owners
- TPM Setup Fee$75
Reinvestment fee is the dues x2 currently. These fees are typically collected at closing. Title companies can request a payoff statement directly from our office.
Meeting Schedule
Second Monday of each month at 7PM Annual meeting replaces September monthly meeting
