Fees & Dues

- Your Dues cover; Common area maintenance, such as Private roads and parking areas, Playground maintenance, pavilion care, Landscaping (Fenced in backyards are to be maintained by homeowner), and Snow Removal on Roads, Walkways, and Driveways.
Owner Responsibilities
What the Owner Maintains
- All of the interior, and All exterior Including and not limited to Roof repair/replacement, exterior walls and garage (Painting and repair), and All doors, including front, rear, and garage.
Insurance
The HOA's master policy is carried by Sentry West (Owners must have there own home owners insurance for their homes) A basic Liability Policy for the HOA is Included., 801-225-5000.
Owners are responsible for an HO-6 condo policy or equivalent unit-interior coverage. Confirm details directly with the carrier.
Fees for New Owners
- HOA Transfer Fee$300
- TPM Setup Fee$75
These fees are typically collected at closing. Title companies can request a payoff statement directly from our office.
Meeting Schedule
Monthly Board meeting is third Wednesday of each month at 7PM Annual meeting is First or Second Saturday in June (Notices will be sent out beforehand) 2024 Annual Meeting – Saturday June 8th @ 5 PM
