Fees & Dues
$10 to $250/moDepending on Square footage current dues are $220, $235, and $250 respectively $10 per person for water and sewer dues
What Dues Cover
- Common area maintenance and repair
- Common area utilities
- Water and Sewer is included in the Monthly dues
Owner Responsibilities
What the Owner Maintains
- All of the interior including plumbing past the cities meter, and electrical past the cities meter.
- Shared plumbing drains must be taken care of between owners that share lines.
- Limited Common Areas including; Porches, Balconies, and Fenced Patios, Windows, Doors and AC Units are all the responsibility of the Homeowner.
Insurance
The HOA's master policy is carried by Sentry West (Owners must have there own home owners insurance for their homes) Click HERE for more information, 801-225-5000.
Owners are responsible for an HO-6 condo policy or equivalent unit-interior coverage. Confirm details directly with the carrier.
Fees for New Owners
- HOA Transfer Fee$1,070
- TPM Setup Fee$995
These fees are typically collected at closing. Title companies can request a payoff statement directly from our office.
