Fees & Dues

- Landscaping/Yardcare including fertilization, sprinkler repair, pest control and trees maintenance
- Common area snow removal
- Pool operations, repairs, and supplied
- Clubhouse and common area maintenance and improvements
- Common area utilities including gas, electric, water, and telephone
Owner Responsibilities
What the Owner Maintains
- All of the interior. Limited Common Areas including; Porches, Balconies, and Fenced Patios, Windows, Doors and AC Units are all the responsibility of the Homeowner.
Insurance
The HOA's master policy is carried by Sentry West (Liability and common area) (Owners must have there own home owners insurance for their homes), 801-225-5000.
Owners are responsible for an HO-6 condo policy or equivalent unit-interior coverage. Confirm details directly with the carrier.
Fees for New Owners
- TPM Setup Fee$75
These fees are typically collected at closing. Title companies can request a payoff statement directly from our office.
