The HOA's master policy is carried by Sentry West (Owners must have their own homeowner's insurance for their homes an H03 policy) A basic Liability Policy for the HOA is Included for parks and common area.., 801-225-5000.

Fees for New Owners
- HOA Reinvestment Fee$200
- TPM Setup Fee$75
These fees are typically collected at closing. Title companies can request a payoff statement directly from our office.
