- Common Area Landscaping and Park Maintenance, Sidewalk snow removal, and Liability Insurance
Owner Responsibilities
What the Owner Maintains
- Everything that isn’t covered by the HOA. Including, but not limited to Doors, Windows, Paint, and everything inside of your home.
Insurance
The HOA's master policy is carried by Sentry West (Owners must have there own home owners insurance for their homes) A basic Liability Policy for the HOA is Included., 801-225-5000.
Owners are responsible for an HO-6 condo policy or equivalent unit-interior coverage. Confirm details directly with the carrier.
Fees for New Owners
- HOA Transfer Fee$200
- TPM Setup Fee$75
These fees are typically collected at closing. Title companies can request a payoff statement directly from our office.
