Fees & Dues
$195 to $227/mo$195 – $227.00 Per Month depending on the unit
What Dues Cover
- General Common Area Maintenance including parks and sidewalks, Landscaping including, yard care, sprinkler repair, and snow removal. Utilities included are exterior electrical, exterior water, and garbage. A small portion of your dues goes to the management company that assists the HOA.
Owner Responsibilities
What the Owner Maintains
- All interior utilities including plumbing lines and electrical. All windows, doors, and interior walls for your home, and all personal items within your home.
Insurance
The HOA's master policy is carried by Sentry West (Owners must have there own home owners insurance for their homes) Click HERE for more information, 801-225-5000.
Owners are responsible for an HO-6 condo policy or equivalent unit-interior coverage. Confirm details directly with the carrier.
Fees for New Owners
- TPM Setup Fee$75
These fees are typically collected at closing. Title companies can request a payoff statement directly from our office.
