Fees & Dues

What Dues Cover
- Common area maintenance and Cleaning (Includes hallways, elevators, and garage). Landscaping (includes lawn mowing, sprinkler maintenance, and weed removal).

Insurance
The HOA's master policy is carried by Sentry West (Owners must have there own home owners insurance for their homes) Click HERE for more information, 801-225-5000.
Owners are responsible for an HO-6 condo policy or equivalent unit-interior coverage. Confirm details directly with the carrier.
Fees for New Owners
- HOA Transfer Fee$750
- TPM Setup Fee$75
These fees are typically collected at closing. Title companies can request a payoff statement directly from our office.
Meeting Schedule
Last Wednesday of Each month typically at 5:30 PM Annual is the first Tuesday of October (Notice will be sent out when schedules are finalized)
