Fees & Dues
$175/moWhat Dues Cover
- Landscaping/Yard Care, Ice Melt Buckets, Basic Common Area Maintenance.
- Common Area Utilities Including, Water, Electric, Storm Drain, Sewer, and Garbage/Recycling.
- A Blanket insurance policy is also included in the dues.
Owner Responsibilities
What the Owner Maintains
- Everything not included in the dues coverage, Including but not limited to personal doors, windows, and everything inside the unit.
Insurance
The HOA's master policy is carried by Sentry West (Owners must have there own home owners insurance for their homes) Click HERE for more information, 801-225-5000.
Owners are responsible for an HO-6 condo policy or equivalent unit-interior coverage. Confirm details directly with the carrier.
Fees for New Owners
- TPM Setup Fee$75
These fees are typically collected at closing. Title companies can request a payoff statement directly from our office.
