Fees & Dues
$75 to $300/mo$300 – $225 for standard dues, and $75 to build up reserves for capital repairs
What Dues Cover
- Landscaping/Yard Care including sprinkler repair
- Pool operation and repairs
- Clubhouse and common area maintenance
- Painting and capital repairs
- Common area utilities including gas, electric, water, storm drain, sewer, garbage, and recycling
Owner Responsibilities
What the Owner Maintains
- Everything inside of your home as well as limited common spaces the HOA has assigned to your address including; Plumbing past the meter, electrical, doors, windows, roof and all interior amenities.
Insurance
The HOA's master policy is carried by Sentry West (Owners must have there own home owners insurance for their homes) Click HERE for more information, 801-225-5000.
Owners are responsible for an HO-6 condo policy or equivalent unit-interior coverage. Confirm details directly with the carrier.
Fees for New Owners
- HOA Transfer Fee$500
- TPM Setup Fee$75
These fees are typically collected at closing. Title companies can request a payoff statement directly from our office.
