Fees & Dues
$20 to $105/mo$105 per month $20 Additional Rental Admin fee per month – Applicable to units rented and units with a mailing address not at the unit.
What Dues Cover
- Landscaping/Yard Care including; sprinkler repair, pest control, and tree maintenance.
- Snow Removal
- Common area maintenance, including; roof repairs, cleaning, clubhouse maintenance, and asphalt repair.
- Capital Repairs
- Common area utilities including; gas, water, electric, sewer, garbage, and clubhouse internet.
- Umbrella insurance policy detailed below.
Owner Responsibilities
What the Owner Maintains
- Everything inside of you home as well as limited common spaces the HOA has assigned to you including; Plumbing past the meter, electrical, back yards if enclosed, doors, windows and all interior amenities.
Insurance
The HOA's master policy is carried by Sentry West (Owners must have there own home owners insurance for their homes) Click HERE for more information, 801-225-5000.
Owners are responsible for an HO-6 condo policy or equivalent unit-interior coverage. Confirm details directly with the carrier.
Fees for New Owners
- HOA Transfer Fee$750
- TPM Setup Fee$75
These fees are typically collected at closing. Title companies can request a payoff statement directly from our office.
