- $127 per month
- Your Dues cover; Landscaping and Yard Care, Common area maintenance
including Pet relief area maintenance. Common area water like sprinklers,
storm drains, and management fees.
- All of the interior. Limited Common Areas including; Porches, Balconies, and Fenced Patios. Windows, Screens and AC Units are also the responsibility of the Homeowner.

- Transfer fee is $254 (or two months dues) Paid to Cedars Townhomes
- Plus a $75 setup fee Paid to TPM, Inc.
- Monthly Board meeting is Second Wednesday of each month at 7PM, and for the Annual meeting (Notices will be sent out beforehand)
- To join the Monthly meeting please click HERE at the time of the meeting.
- Any inoperable and/or unregistered vehicles that have been given 1 warning will be towed.
