  • $225 per month 
  • Your Dues cover; pool/clubhouse use, cleaning, and utilities, common Area maintenance, such as private roads, car ports, RV park, and playground, exterior pest control, tree maintenance, landscaping including grass and sprinklers (Fenced in patios are to be maintained by homeowner), and snow removal on private roads, and walkways. The HOA also covers Water, Storm Drain, Sewage, and Trash Utilities. A reserve is maintained for capital repairs. The HOA Maintains a blanket insurance policy for all buildings. A small portion of the dues goes to the management company that helps the HOA.

All of the interior. Limited Common Areas including; Porches, Balconies, Fenced Patios, and Stairways. Windows and AC Units are also the responsibility of the Condo Owner.

  • Transfer/Reinvestment fees are 0.5% of the sale price.
  • Plus a $75 setup fee.
  • New buyers to pay 2 months dues up front.

  • Monthly Board meeting is third Thursday of each month at 6PM, and Annual meeting is the Third Thursday of September (Notices will be sent out beforehand) Typically there is not a meeting in December, unless the Board deems it necessary.
