Starting 04/22/2024 the HOA will be utilizing a digital Visitor parking system for the marked visitor spots; Residents are never allowed to use these spots. Visitors will be required to register their stays through the Utah Parking Authority system.

 

Vehicles in visitor parking between the hours of Midnight and 5 AM must have a permit or they will be subject to tow at the vehicle owner’s expense

Please complete your registration by 04/22/2024 to ensure you have the code your visitors will need. Should you need any assistance from Utah Parking Authority or have questions, the 24/7 Permit Help Center is available to support you at (801) 377-8200.

 

Once you are registered with the above link and have your code, your visitor can go to www.utahparkpass.com  or scan the QR code on the new visitor signs, to be installed this week, to register their vehicles and avoid any issues.
