- Common Area Landscaping and Park Maintenance, Sidewalk snow removal, and Liability Insurance
- Everything that isn’t covered by the HOA. Including, but not limited to Doors, Windows, Paint, and everything inside of your home.
- Sentry West – 801-225-5000 (Owners must have there own home owners insurance for their homes) A basic Liability Policy for the HOA is Included.
- Transfer/Reinvestment Fee – $200
- Setup Fee – $75
- New owners are to pay 2 months dues in advance.
- There are no meetings at this time. (This will be updated when a Board has been elected)
