  • Landscaping including Sprinkler maintenance and repair, as well as tree maintenance.
  • Security systems including parking enforcement ,camera systems in club house, and Fob maintenance for clubhouse pool and parking garage.
  • Utilities included are Gas, Electric, Water, Storm Drain, Garbage, and Sewer.
  • A small portion of dues goes to reserves for capital repairs and management costs for TPM to help maintain the HOA.
  • Everything within your Unit. Including windows, doors, and balconies. Hallways and Stairwells to your unit.
