  • $320 – Dues
  • $260 – Common utilities
  • $160 – Common Reserves contribution
  • Your Dues cover; Clubhouse Cable TV and  Internet, Capital Repairs, Common area maintenance and cleaning, such as Private roads and parking areas, Public halls between units, Pool Operation and repairs, Landscaping including lawns, trees and sprinklers, Exterior Pest Control, Elevator maintenance and phone line, Snow Removal in parking lot and walkways, and Common area Painting. Utilities included are Common area Gas, Water, Common Area Electric, Storm Drain, Sewer, and Trash. A small portion of Dues go to the management company to aid in running the HOA.

  • Sentry West – 801-225-5000 (Owners must have there own home owners insurance for their homes) A basic Liability Policy for the HOA is Included.
  • Transfer fees are 0.5% of the sale price paid to the HOA
  • A $75 setup fee is paid to TPM, Inc. upon closing.
  • Utilize the reservation book that is inside the clubhouse
  • Monthly Board meeting are the First Wednesday of each month at 3PM
    • October 2nd, 2024
    • November 13th, 2024 (2nd Wednesday exception due to conflicts)
    • December 4th, 2024
  • Annual meetings will be scheduled by the current Board, and notice will be given no less than 10 days from the meeting date to all homeowners.
